While You Work is provided by Vitesse Digital Ltd ("we", "us"), registered in England and Wales, company number 16074150, registered office 36 Anvil Crescent, Broadstone, BH18 9DY, VAT number GB 480725678. Contact: hello@whileyouwork.co.uk.
We provide an automated telephone answering service. Calls diverted to the number we allocate you are answered by an automated voice assistant that collects the caller's details and message, sends you a text summary, and sends the caller a confirmation text. The service is for business use by sole traders and small businesses in the United Kingdom.
A founding pre-order is a payment of £49 that secures your first month of service at the founding price of £49 a month including VAT, held at that price for as long as your subscription continues without interruption. Your service starts when we notify you that the service is live for your trade. If we have not made the service live for your trade by 31 October 2026, we will refund your pre-order in full on request or automatically within 14 days of that date.
The service is billed monthly in advance by card through our payment provider, Stripe. The first recurring payment is taken one month after your line goes live. Prices include VAT. We may change the standard price with 30 days' notice; founding members' price is not affected while their subscription continues.
Each line includes up to 150 answered calls a calendar month. If you regularly exceed this we will contact you to agree a second line or an adjusted price. We will not charge you more without your agreement.
You may cancel at any time from your dashboard or by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. See our refund and cancellation policy.
You must give us accurate information about your business, keep it up to date, and only use the service for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for configuring call divert on your own phone and for any charges from your mobile provider for diverted calls. You must not use the service to collect payment card details or other information you are not entitled to collect.
Calls are recorded and transcribed to provide the service. Callers are told at the start of the call. You are the data controller for your callers' personal data; we act as your processor under our privacy notice, which forms part of these terms. Recordings are deleted after 30 days and transcripts after 12 months unless you delete them sooner.
We aim for the service to be available at all times but cannot guarantee it. The assistant may occasionally mishear or misrecord a detail. You should confirm important details with the caller. We are not liable for loss of business arising from a missed or misrecorded call, and our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms and will give you at least 14 days' notice by email of any material change. We may suspend or end the service for misuse, non-payment or where required by law, refunding any unused whole months already paid.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
